My instructor is hosting his first tournament. This is what I hope to be the first of many web links to articles about it. I'll be helping to judge and acting as an uke (an attacker) for a self-defense routine. Shihon is one of the last people in New England to have actual self-defense as part of the competition. It should be good to watch.
