I just sent this one to Michele. We've long been of the opinion that Best Buy was evil. Our little run in with them was the day 31 of the 30 day warranty debacle. We agreed to pay for the repairs. They kept the machine six weeks with no end in site. We finally said, hey, you've had it longer than we did, time to pay us or replace it. Tooks hours on the phone to get satisfaction.
