Looks like it's held in the Peoples Republic of Mass. Pretty much makes it a was for the rest of humanity. Definitely no hand guns, though I think since it appears to be held at an official shooting range you probably could bring a rifle.
What's the law on rentals? Can a non-resident rent?
I may be wrong about this (and it'd definitely be worth a phone call to GOAL to confirm) but I think that if you're going to a shoot at a certified range, even though you're from out of state, if you're carrying your gun in a locked case and your ammo in a locked case, both seperated and away from the driver, that you're legal. Otherise, yeah, you can rent. I know that from the Boston Gun Range. We can go there and rent full auto's if Geekwife would cough up the cash.
