Ravenwood's Universe found this one. I'm constantly amazed at how the press in my area totally fails to report anything from a neighboring state that isn't Massachusetts.
The crux is that the bill proposes confiscation of any "Machine Gun," "assault Rifle," or .50 caliber rifle. It's quite clear in section 1053 where they state in the section title regarding confiscation. And that is confiscation without compensation.
Another "SCARY" gun bill. Makes you wonder when these morons will ever come to realize that prohibiting these firearms doesn't do anything but punish the innocent citizen.
