First caught whiff of this stinker on Protein Wisdom.
Looks like the McCain-Feingold Political Speech Censorship statute is now looking to suppress political speech/writing of blogs and mailing lists. And since Blogs/mailing lists aren't protected under the press exemption, you can look forward to suppression of more freedoms from this laughable law. The law was unconstitutional to start and is now getting worse.
