Will he ever actually sign that damn form?
This OpEd brings up the topic again and now I'm becoming even more suspicious as to what is really in his discharge. He just won't sign the form and keeps stating that he either has or will.

Hell yes he's hiding something otherwise he would have signed the stupid form.
I don't know. Maybe the fact that his discharge papers are from several years after his actual discharge. Hmmm. Why's that? Oh, because he probably upgraded his discharge. Hmm. Why would he need to upgrade his discharge? BECAUSE IT WAS OTHER THAN HONORABLE. Hell, I was a total f-up and I had an full honorable discharge.
