Class Action Lawsuit Reform

Wow. I didn't expect that all of these lawyers would approve this bill.

But, now we need to see how this survives the activists in the judicial branch.

There is a lot of trumpeting of this as a win for president Bush, but I really don't think that is relevant. Or more appropriately, who cares? This type of reform is needed to restrain what has become a tool in people's tactic of blaming others for their stupidity.

Now let's see what the law-blogs will say.
