It is nice to see this getting so much interest. The blogs are definitely talking up the case.
Professor Bainbridge speaks to the discussion comparing it to "the old Soviet kolkhozy." Which I think is rather appropriate. He also makes a case about the subjective value of the property to the owners who are losing their homes.
