Oh I am shocked. Surely Chimpy McBushitler was only using the cell phone tracking to hunt down the top 20 posters to the Democratic Underground in order to use mind control rays to take away their desire to use soap... No. Oh, then it was a practical method for tracking down terrorists by "connecting the dots" as was so frequently shrieked in days gone by.
