Finally found the reports on the Chernobyl aftermath. There are actually three reports. The title link is for the "Socio-Economic" impact. This report is a 2002 report, so I'm uncertain of the relevance to the original topic. Probably you're going to wish to look at the Environment and Health reports.
There also is a "Digest" report for those that don't wish to fight with full reports. This is the one with the title that was on the UN press release.
They're all PDF's so good luck. (oh and they are big.)
If you need help in conversions for the amount of radioactivity you can look here. I don't have a good grasp of how much radioactivity is in a Bq (Bequerel) but I know the Bq is really small.
Now to trudge through them.
