Interesting piece. Though I'll remain a touch skeptical. As usual, it's a quite short test that doesn't come anywhere near making a thorough investigation of lifestyle or impact. But then, I suppose it's more about making a selective point than factual results.
I did better than most people in the US, but that doesn't mean much in reality.
