Miller and Cooper and the First amendment

Here's a good one. These two journalists are at present in contempt of court in the investigation of the outing of CIA operative Victoria Plame. (You remember the Wilson going to Niger about Uranium purchase attempts by Iraq. How Wilson's wife, Plame, is alleged to have been revealed to the public as punishment for his coming out publicly saying Iraq never did, even when his report to the federal government says they did. etc.)

Funny thing is that they don't want to reveal their sources in the investigation that they and other liberals were screaming for during the elections where they were trying to pin the blame on president Bush. It's just so typical that once they got what they wanted, they refuse to play. May there be some relationship that now there isn't any political benefit to assisting this investigation?
